Spectra is Climate X's platform for physical climate risk. A user searches assets by postcode or uploads a portfolio, picks a climate scenario, and gets hazard probability, severity and estimated financial loss for each asset over short and long horizons, in a form meant for disclosure frameworks such as IFRS S2 and the EU Taxonomy. It combines downscaled multi-model climate projections with the company's own building-vulnerability data and hazard models, covering over two billion assets worldwide; a global wildfire model at 30 m resolution is a recent addition. Its customers are banks, real-estate firms and asset managers. It is hosted software with an API; Climate X also sells Adapt, for costing adaptation measures, and Carta, for company-level exposure.

UrbanFootprint's Resilience Insights are built on a geospatial data core for the whole United States that aligns climate hazard, community and household, and land-use and infrastructure data (the company cites 160 million parcels). Users evaluate hazard risk for one site or a portfolio, quantify community and financial impacts, and prioritise investment; the named users are an energy utility (Duquesne Light Company) and a community organisation (Fresno Metro Ministry), alongside financial institutions and government agencies. It is delivered as a cloud GIS and dashboard application and as data feeds.

Both are commercial and hosted; neither publishes prices on the pages read.
