CReDo, the Climate Resilience Demonstrator, is a digital twin platform from Connected Places Catapult in the UK. It joins weather data to models of several infrastructure networks so that owners and operators can see how a flood, a heatwave or strong winds in one network (energy, water, telecoms) knocks on into the others, down to the level of individual assets, and where investment would reduce that risk.

The work has run as a series of projects: an original demonstrator on flooding across energy, water and telecoms; an Extreme Heat project on water networks, funded by the Ofwat Breakthrough Challenge; CReDo+, a beta project led by UK Power Networks with nearly £10 million from the Strategic Innovation Fund (Ofgem and Innovate UK) to extend the twin to energy-network risk; and a December 2025 white paper on applying it to transport.

Status: a minimum viable product was shown in a webinar on 17 September 2026, with user trials under way and the final platform release planned for March 2028. Access is by contact with the Catapult; nothing on the pages read describes a public download or licence.
