En-ROADS (Energy Rapid Overview and Decision Support) is a global climate simulator from Climate Interactive, developed with the MIT Sloan School of Management and Ventana Systems. Moving sliders for energy sources, carbon pricing, land use, economic growth and other levers shows at once what happens to global emissions, temperature, energy use and related indicators.

Climate Interactive aims it at policymakers, business and finance, advocates and educators, and runs facilitated group sessions around it (a Climate Solutions Workshop and a Climate Action Simulation Game) through a network of trained ambassadors. The site carries a testimonial from the head of the City of Stuttgart's climate protection office among its users.

Under the interface is an integrated assessment model built with system dynamics: eighteen linked submodels run from 1990 to 2100 and use behavioural decision rules and feedback loops rather than optimisation with perfect foresight. Starting values come from historical data such as UN population figures and measured greenhouse-gas concentrations, and outputs are compared with other integrated assessment models. A technical reference lists the equations and sources. The interface is offered in more than 20 languages. Licence and price are not stated on the pages read.

Operational and still being extended: updates in July 2026 added ocean alkalinity enhancement and the energy demand of data centres and AI.
