Geodesignhub is a hosted platform for negotiating spatial plans among stakeholders on a shared map. Up to 50 participants, online or in a room with a trained facilitator, sketch proposals, group them into alternatives and trade them off in structured give-and-take rounds until they reach an agreement, which is then exported as reports and spatial data.

The company aims it at property developers, community groups, local authorities and planners working on urban and regional planning, inter-agency coordination, public engagement, post-disaster rehabilitation, infrastructure investment, tourism, climate adaptation, environmental management and heritage protection, and particularly at contested sites where competing interests have stalled. Its pricing page describes a typical engagement as a month or two: data preparation with geo-surveys, a one-hour introduction, a two-hour negotiation meeting, then reports and financial analysis. The site offers case studies, but none is named on the pages read.

Commercial, priced per event by expected number of participants as a single up-front fee, with discounts of up to 80 percent or free access for up to a year for eligible public-service and humanitarian projects. It imports existing GIS data, has an API, and exports to GeoPackage or GeoJSON at any time. A free online course teaches the geodesign method it follows.

Operational.
