Idrica, Xylem's development partner, is a water data-management company.[^1] Xylem Vue gathers data from any source into one shared view, including legacy systems, SCADA (the control systems that monitor pumps, valves and plants remotely), GIS maps and smart meters.[^1,2] Modular applications cover drinking-water treatment and networks, wastewater plants and sewers, and irrigation infrastructure.[^1] Another is an early-warning system for extreme events in river basins.[^1]

Xylem's pages give three uses. Brabant Water supplies 2.6 million people in the southern Netherlands through a 19,000 km distribution network.[^2] It is using Xylem Vue as the data layer of a digital twin of that network, alongside new sensors and smart meters, so its control room works from one operational view.[^2] A webinar with the utility's programme manager covers the path from pilot to platform and shows the live system.[^2]

The City of Richmond used Xylem Vue for a real-time decision support system on combined sewer overflows, where storm water and sewage spill from shared pipes.[^1] Hot Springs deployed the Xylem Vue leak-detection application with Xylem's metering products.[^1]

Xylem sells it commercially, with its own implementation and training.[^1] Pricing is not published.
