A flooded substation
Water reaches one substation; water pumping and communications can go down with it.
A flooded electricity asset can affect water pumping or communications, so the consequence extends beyond the damaged asset. CReDO examines climate hazards and dependencies between networks. Its September 2026 MVP showcase presents this approach to resilience planning; a final platform release is planned for 2028.
